Second order missing applicator and did not cover.Second order was missing applicator. Left roots showing even though I applied more at hairline and left on longer as per staff. Lower rating than first. First order color looked great for the first few days. Then the roots started showing more quickly than they could have grown. I had visible roots within a week and the color had deteriorated in 10 days. It is cheaper than salon but at this rate it requires an application every 2 weeks rather than my usual 3 to 4. The instructions were not great. I did better doing it my old way.The colour was good at first but faded quickly. I’m glad I tried it for the introductory offer, The fact that the colour faded so quickly is not reassuring to go forward with it considering the change in cost. I followed the instructions to the T, yet my roots weren’t covered. I thought I’d let that go for the first time, but I noticed the colour was not bright like I’ve experienced with other colouring that I have tried. There was no shine at all.
