Good product but I didn’t want a monthly subscriptionI wanted to try this product but I only wanted a one time purchase. Though it’s a good product and easy to use and I would buy again, I’m planning on going back to my hairdressers and I didn’t want a monthly esalon subscription. My plan says it’s off but esalon are still trying to take money out of my account hence the 3 stars and so far I’ve not been able to find a way of being able to contact them about this matter. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did not cover Greys or lightenThis tone was not remotely a level 6-7. My hair is maybe a level 3 after colouring. It did not cover any of my greys at all. I also got hot roots. A lot darker than expected.I knew when I put my mixture in it was going to be way darker than expected as it has more of a blue undertone than green, which I asked for because I had a red tone in my hair. But apart from it being darker, it was very easy to apply. Only other thing I would say is that I was told to do a focus on roots, but my roots are a lot darker than my ends.
