Love the color!I love the color that was customized especially for me. However, it drastically starts to fade after 2 weeks and by 4 weeks, I feel like I have a completely different hair color which I then change back to the customized hair color. Seems to be good quality so farI received my color today, and applied it this evening, and am pleased so far. My only concerns are I was left with some very gummy pieces of hair that have a lot of residue. I followed rinsing instructions so unsure as to what to do to make it not have that feeling. Also, my roots didn't color quite as dark as I would have preferred, but this is a problem I experience in the salon as well from time to time. My hairdresser moved on to another job, so very interested to see how my color holds up over the next 4 weeks compared to when I went to the salon monthly.
