I was looking for great color and coverage for my grays. This product is "A Definte!" I do however recommend, perhaps a variety of sizing, quantity, for purchase. I pulled away from repurchasing because and for example as a person with a pixie cut... the pricing is a bit too much for what I will be needing.

Did not turn mahogany red

The color came out dark brown instead of mahogany red. It did successfully take out my old highlights which I'm extremely satisfied about but I was hoping more of a reddish hue overall.

Wonderful Service and Product

My grey seems to be coming through in the front after 2-3 weeks. So my stylist is making a new formula to help me with my issue. The color is great and the customer service very prompt and attentive to my needs! I was scared to death to do my own hair but the user friendly instructions helped me step by step.

I am very happy with the color. It could be tweaked to be a little more gold. Seems slightly ashy to me. If more gold is not an option i can definitely live with this as is.
