Horrible residue left in hair...but great colorNow on my third color set from eSalon -- and having been relatively happy with the past two -- there is something horrible going on with this batch. Despite rinsing until the water ran clear and then shampooing/conditioning, I now have a horrible waxy, greasy substance on my hair. What is going on, eSalon? Editing my original review to say that despite the issue with trying to remove this from my hair, this is easily the best color (the actual color) that I can find outside of a salon. Drastic new colorI have used your product once so far. Bought two to begin with as I don’t live where it was sent. You don’t mail to México I was told. I had to wash my hair 3 times before it both looked & felt soft. Now it looks like it will fade away. Only colored it 5 days ago but the color now is satisfactory. Great color still saw a couple grays leftoverI love the price and the color came out great. I am just having trouble covering up the grays all the way. I saw maybe one or two strands left. I may need to adjust the color a bit. It could have been that the one I chose just doesn’t provide the most coverage or I may have needed to leave the root application on longer.
