The color is a bit harsh initially (my only criticism). Great tones come after a few days of shampooing. Looks like I had highlights done!

Good option for not being able to get to a salon

The first order came with a pick/brush to help with the application. It helped a lot but, I assumed it was single use. I threw it away and never received another one. The color matches well. I do wish I could get more Depth/tone differences but, I’m happy to hide my grey.

Great product. Can you skip the ammonia?

Covers my gray well and the color is a perfect and natural match. Other brands I tried gave me more of a mousy , dull result. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the strong ammonia color. I would prefer a product without ammonia.

I love the subtle changes the colorist makes in my formula, based on my request. I still find myself getting the ends colored too much. My only negative: when a professional colored my hair, the condition of my hair was better.

Although late in arriving due to the USPS, color is very nice. However, I find it does not hold on the gray around my face. I will see what can be done on future coloring.
