Custom Hair ColorI went to use my hair color and the color was tinged w/white and had a cloudy appearance. I checked to see if the bottle was damaged but it was unopened and intact. It was unusable. I needed to cover my gray that day because I had a special event to attend. I was forced to go out and purchase a boxed color. Love the colourFound the colour I love 💕. The mix is great thick and easy to apply. However, this time it did not cover all my greys at the front , will need to leave in a little longer. Color niceThe colors are nice. Doesn’t leave your head itchy or hair feeling like straw. I deducted 1 star for the crappy instructions and the lack of actual communication. The instructions and communication seemed like the customer service person just simply read and posted from a preset menu. Fab colourI found it so easy to use but my problem is the roots around face doesn't hold its colour.but the rest is fab and it shines and soft.The rest hasn't need any colour but still love how easy it is to use .Also you can say when you want it sent and how often and you can put it on hold .It is up to you 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
