AMAZINGThese products are awesome!! I love the rich beautiful color of my hair. The colorist sent me an email saying that she had chosen a lighter color for me because she thought th color I chose was too dark, well she was absolutely right. Color did cover grey howeverMy hair is a chestnut color and came out a solid brown. No depth. The customer service was great. They called promptly and gave me advice on how to lighten it. It did lighten and still covered the grey. I may try again but not right now. My hair is very long and it is a lot of work trying to adjust. Still not where I want it to beHello, As much as the gray coverage is awesome and lasts, the color when first applied is so bright red that it takes 4 or 5 washes before it is a color I am comfortable with. Tried ESalon Root Touch UpI tried esalon root touch up and was happy with coverage there was still spots of white and gray hair that it did not cover and the conditioner leaves a nasty residue on hair that left white things on my hair and left it sticky that I had to take another shower and wash my hair. Didn't like formulaThe formula runs a lot. I am use to using a cream base formula that in addition to hair color also moisturizes and does not drip or run.
