This is a game changerAs someone who stopped dying their hair with a hairdresser through lock down and thought they would have to just learn to love the greys, I am so impressed, with the colour, product and instructions. Love itI have been a customer for a decade now and still love my color. I wrote the review below in 2016 and I still stand by it. I recommend these products to all my friends and family. If you are undecided about using hair care products ordered online I say go for it. I don't think you will be disappointed because..... I really love my color. LOVE ALL MY CUSTOM COLOUR SETSI always used box dyes beforehand, but after this I wouldn't go back, did once and immediately regreted it. These customs give my hair the perfect colour, the perfect touch, it doesn't stain at all and you cab definitely feel that it is a different and much more valuable hairdye then usual drugstore ones. Just perfect!The result is perfect! The steps were clear for application and I really appreciated the communication from the stylist. Finally a perfect match.It took a few times chatting with my colorist but she heard me and totally understood. She got me back to my original red. Looks exactly like my red I was born with. Great helpSo I messed up my color and Alexandria took the time to Listen to me regarding my color mess up and explain to me how to fix it, She even laughed with me when I told her my hair was now orange on top and the comments I was getting regarding. You'd look like carrot top and a few others like Ronald Mcdonald. She sent me my color repair kit 😍 And my hair is perfect. I love the color.
