Not happy with the service this timeI have always had good service and great colour. This time I'm not sure what happened but I wanted to go lighter in colour but only received one bottle of colour with the instructionsto fo roots.. Have tried sending messages but the answer is always - they will review for next time! Not what I wanted to hear. Not like beforeToday I decided to go to the pharmacy and purchase hair dye. My latest orders from esalons’ were not covering my grays lately. Good productHave used this hair colour three times now. I like the colour although it can look brassy, which I see I am advised to buy a top up colour to reduce - so much for individually personalised colouring! It is also rather light on after colour conditioner. On the first occasion I just used the one provided in the pack - not enough, I have to use more.
