Disappointed VERY disappointed ☹️My hair has been previously bleached and had a copper semi permanent color. Wanted to go more natural so decided a dark brown would be a nice change. Consulted with the color special via email several times about it. (Wanted to make sure because of my previously bleached hair) sent several photos as well. They say they customized a color especially for my needs to get desired results. NO not the case at all! 1st off My hair turned black with a greenish tint all over and my roots were almost 2 shades lighter. After 1st shampoo (3 days wearing a hat) a ton of color came out but it didn't fade gradually more like drastically into a dull greyish brown but in sunlight green tone and roots a completely different shade and tone. Awful. It's been 10 daysafter coloring my hair & 3 shampoos and nothing is going in my favor. Was super excited cuz the reviews I read. Don't think the colorist knew what she was doing. Pulled Red 🥺I recently had knee sx & unable to drive to my regular stylist. I wanted to go lighter blonde for spring/summer & provided a picture of my medium to dark blond hair color. I specifically told the stylist my hair tends to pull red so that would NOT happen & ordered what was recommended. Well, now I'm a strawberry blonde. Hated itApplied exactly as directed. Roots were medium reddish. Rest of hair was dark reddish almost black. Used a color lift kit to remove color afterc3 days. Did Not Completely CoverThe way my heart felt was amazing. The Color itself matched quite well. Problem is after my first wash I saw patches of grays and I can't pull my hair up once again without them being visible. One bottleWhen I went through the questionnaire I was asked what type of hair I have. I have long, thick hair. It’s comical the amount of product I was shipped and when I’ve emailed about how little the product covered my hair, they sent a ends refresh. ???
