Adjusted color to tone the red.I have just tried the new adjusted color. And am happy with the difference. Haven't applied the color lights yet, but will in the next couple days. Thank you for making the changes!I have washed it with your classic shampoo 4 times now and it keeps getting redder. I don't like it. My husband is calling me carrot top. I tried :(I have already received a reformulated kit. I'm not sure if your colorist is angry for me about choosing that color but as she said and quote " As mentioned it's very difficult to deposit Violet tones, without you visiting a salon for a bleach and fashion tone service." Presently, my hair has reddish violet roots and black ends part now. It's looks awkward coz the roots look lighter!! I've colored my hair twice in a week. I had known It would look this way, I should have stayed with the first one. At least its all black!! But hey we tried. I followed the instructions properly.
