Great productVery satisfied with the products! However, I think I took too long to apply the color so it turned a bit dark and the gray turned kind of reddish instead of golden. I do have problems with my scalp and hope to find a product that will not cause my scalp to itch! I am very impressed with the esalon and think that you have a great product to offer! Seems great!The colour is good and I've had compliments on it. The system also was good and although I prefer foam for application, I can get used to cream. Was very skeptical.....It's been many many yrs since I've had any color in my hair so it was very important to me that this color be a slight change not something too drastic. I have dark blonde hair that has lost its sheen and looks almost dirty blondish-grey. I wanted a slight change to make it more dark golden blonde without so much dirty-grey tone. After answering questions, choosing colors, describing (probably over-describing) exactly what I was looking for and up loading photos of me w/my current natural color I was still very skeptical some so called colorist, however far away, would be able to send me exactly what I asked for. Nevertheless, when I received it I was determined to more forward with my choice to color my hair. Since it had been so long I'd done this myself, I had my sister apply it for me. The kit is very easy and comes with everything you need (except for clips to section hair with). After all was complete and my new color was dried and styled, I was simply amazed how perfect the color is; it is to the tee of what I described and asked for! We are always the toughest critics of ourselves and how we look - I tend to be a real perfectionist. And for me to even be sharing a review is s huge deal; I rarely ever do, even if the product is decent. However I am so pleased with this product and service, and you really can't beat the cost (at least to try it), I felt compelled to share my experience about eSalon. This is great!It doesn't turn my hair red after a few washings! I have tried every brand of hair color and they don't hold my color it turns red I have naturally drark brown but they all turned red! Still a little orangeThe color came out less orange, and is a much better color. But I think I'm looking more for a red on the cool side.. that's how it was explained long ago to me. I love your kits and the convenience. Also yours is the only color I've ever had that does not run off on pillows the first night.. even salon colors did that!
