Perfect Color the 1st Time!First of all your turnaround time is amazing...got my shipping notification the day after ordering and got my order the very next day! I must say I was a bit nervous about trying a "custom" color done online but I had nothing to worry about...it was easy to apply and the color is spot on what I hoped it would be...absolutely gorgeous...I can't thank you enough. My only criticism is with the tiny packets of shampoo and conditioner...not nearly enough for shoulder length hair...thankfully I had my own color-safe brand on hand so it wasn't a huge problem. I love the custom color so much I'm going to sign up for the automatic shipping. One of these days I just may be brave enough to try the highlight kit as well. Incredible grey coverageI have been coloring my hair for many years, and I am NOT being paid for saying that the color purchased from eSalon covers the grey in my hair completely AND lasts for 4-6 weeks. NO product I've used in the last 40 years has ever lasted as long. My hair seems much thicker too, although I've never had a problem with that. Even my sideburns don't turn grey as fast. This is the second time I used this product. Since I was told I could make adjustments to the color if I wished, I asked to have the color slightly lighter and to have a tiny bit of red added. Good overall colorI'm finding the eSalon instructions easy to follow and the tools included are great. My biggest concern continues to be in not coloring hair that's already colored. I'm applying color to the roots and down about halfway, which seems fine; just a different process than other diy methods or getting it done in the salon. Really impressed with my first shipmentThe color I received on my first shipment was dead on - the exact color I'd receive going to the salon for a much higher price.
