Hair Color is Perfect!I used eSalon's hair color for the first time about a week and a half ago. I love the color and it seems to be holding its color. I got mixed up when I got in the shower and didn't put the rest of the color in to get the suds going, but it worked fine anyway. If I have one suggestion or slight concern is the conditioner does not make my hair feel as silky as my over the counter one I have purchased. Also, the store-bought one has a nice tube of conditioner that lasts much longer that the hair color and I have several tubes still to use. I would suggest that eSalon consider putting at least a small "tube" with a cap and a small shampoo "tube" with a cap in their package. I ended up throwing the small containers that I had to tear open away since I didn't have anything to put them in. I would also suggest that they create a smaller and slightly cheaper color package for us with very short hair. It's a big waste to throw all that good dye away. I may keep some old bottles to split what is sent to me in half and then only get the product every 3 months. So I hope eSalon considers a possible smaller size package. MY HAIRCOLOR IS PERFECT!I hesitated for years to leave my salon and try eSalon. I have blonde hair with highlights and my hairstylist kept saying how hard it is to match the color. Well... I got tired of spending $75 + on base hair color. I really need to have my hair colored every 4 weeks (because of my gray hair). :( My Aunt, who also uses eSalon, finally talked me into trying it. Amazing hair colorI Have worked as hairdresser in NYC for years and now live in NJ. I have been very dissatisfied with all my local salons after working in the industry. They can not get my color correct. When I first tried eSalon I emailed a pictures of what I dislike about my hair color. When my first order arrived it was so perfessional, came with two different colors for correction, mixing bowl, tint brush, and gloves, The directions were perfectly explained, and they did not skimp on the amount. I have long hair. I could not believe the results! After a year I spoke to the color specialist at eSalon and explained I wanted to try something different. The best custom colorThe only people who know that my hair has been colored is the ones who didn't see me for about three years when my health was very poor and I was under a lot of stress. They are are all saying that I look better than I have in years included high school. love it!i use product for my roots - wash that grey outta my hair and product will last till my nxt shipmnt (in 30 days) verses root touch-up only last 2 weeks. Thank you eSalon. Excellent coverageClear instructions; easy to apply; excellent overall coverage (I have resistant grey at front and sides); lifted roots well; colour consistent through whole head of long hair. Colour stays well, even in Arizona sunshine, it is resisting fading. Fairly idiot-proof product ... PERFECT Color!I needed a correction from a BAD COLOR CHOICE I made a few months ago. All the OTC products I used just made it worse and more brassy. I had ZERO confidence buying this product but I had a coupon and thought "this is the last thing I'll try before crying to my hairdresser" . . . but it worked!
