PERFECT the second time around!First, Brittany is my color stylist. The first time around I followed directions for color choice, got my custom package, and got started. I chose a single coloring process, no highlights. While I did not hate my color, it just wasn’t what I was looking for. I contacted eSalon with my review, and my custom color was changed. In addition I purchased a highlight package. All I can say is that I’m THRILLED! My color is perfection. No lie. As my husband and I discussed, I pay upwards of $2500.00 a year on my hair. It’s curly and thinning, so I’ve been willing to pay the cost. Now my routine is 1. Basic, blunt cut 2. Aveda Damage Remedy products and 3. eSalon color. Keeping it Blonde at 60+About 3 years ago (before eSalon!) I wasn't happy with the salon color I'd been getting. It never looked good (to me) until after about 3-4 shampoos, and looked more "red" than my natural blonde had ever been. With plans for a long summer spent with family across the country, I decided to try eSalon. The first time I used it, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked the color! I touch-up my roots only on a regular 5 week schedule, and though I tried to make do with grocery story Root Touch up color every once in a while, I finally figured out how much happier I was using eSalon exclusively, so I changed to a 5 week shipping schedule. Excellent coverage for my increasing gray around the face, no reddish tinge, no brassiness, no highlights; yet my hair looks like it's professionally colored. Love the hair colourI hadn't noticed the positive impact on my hair until recently. I was traveling quite a bit so didn't color for over 2 months. My hair was frizzy and difficult to manage despite using my usual hair products. I hate salons - love thisEvery single time I've gotten my hair done at a salon, I end up walking out so disappointed. I am literally still trying to color correct a bad dye job from a "professional" over a year ago. I absolutely love ordering from esalon and getting a custom color.
