GREAT GREAT GREAT !!!I WAS NOT THRILLED WITH MY FIRST COLOR. I SENT AN EMAIL EXPLAINING WHAT I WANTED MORE OF. (IT WAS A CRAZY WEEK THAT WEEK SO I COULD NOT CALL) WELL MS JENNIFER LISTENED TO ALL THAT I SAID AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN AND THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED. I AM THRILLED TOTALLY.. THUMBS UP!!!!.. Colour is bang on!I was very concerned with colouring my own hair. I'm a natural dark brunette and it has taken me 6 months at a salon to get the light colour of copper I am now. I just can't afford to keep going to the salon...When I found eSalon I was excited but also scared as I didn't want to mess up a good thing. I filled in my profile with A LOT of details, and I also attached photos of myself with my hair colour. My order came in, I obsessed over watching their tips videos, and then I went for it. Besides having a few small spots of my roots I missed ( hey no ones perfect) the colour is BANG ON! Exactly the colour I asked for, and my hair is very shiny.
