Love the color and customer serviceI'm really happy with my most recent color. I am also impressed that when I had some difficulties with my initial order the company made it right. My only critique is that I don't feel like the gray coverage is quite where I would like it to be. Beautiful color, need stronger gray-covering powerI believe this is my third kit from eSalon. I loved the color this time -- a mix of reds and gold amidst the brown. I got many compliments. The shampoo and conditioner may be my most favorite though. It smells divine! I did let the colorist know my grays are more resistant than I thought. I've had this problem before and had to add a gray additive to my color in the past. It's also pretty messy to use at the end. I decided to chance the shower and didn't have a skin reaction but had a time getting rid of the color in my standing shower.
