Second time was perfectMy first color was more brown than red. But I worked with my colorist, and she nailed it the 2nd time. I love the color. I know red is a difficult color to match and keep. I do have a lot of grays but not yet salt and pepper. I've been coloring my hair red since 2010, so I'm really not sure about how many grays I do have. So I only can judge by my roots. This product does cover the grays very well. Finally got a great color!!It took a few orders, but I’ve finally got a color I like! And I’ve received the help I needed to learn how to color my own hair. I’m very grateful to be able to take care of my own color now and keep the gray away!!
