wrong color but great customer servicei wanted a violet tone and got copper but the staff was very eager to help me with updating this and changing my formula. Everyone was so helpful!! PRODUCT TOO AMMONIACAL COMPARED TO SHOP BOUGHT PRODUCTSi FOUND THE PRODUCT VERY STRONGLY SMELLING OF AMMONIA AND IT TOOK OUR BREATH AWAY. mY HUSBAND REMARKED ON THE SMELL AS SOON AS WE APPLIED THE COLOUR.
