Color not what I expectedI was not expecting a brown color, I asked for a red/mahogany color. I want more of a deep red mahogany....one that you can tell I have on. Stray GrayThe color was pretty but I did struggle covering up all the gray. I know it's me - just easier to have someone who knows what they're doing do it for you. Good colour, not enough ashI really liked this colour, it was easy to use and I had no reactions like I have experienced with other brands. Although the colour turned out a little different to how I wanted it was still nice. The customer service is brilliant and I have since altered my colour to suit my preference. Great service/bad colorThe esalon service is impeccable. I had to discontinue my membership because the color kept making my hair too brassy and we could not figure out how to change it.
