feels and smells great!Love the way the product is packaged, and easy to mix (used the bowl) and easy to apply (used the brush). Love it! Love it! Love it!Just got mine today and decided to do my hair. I absolutely love the color it makes my hair look shiny, silky, smooth and very manageable. Good product just not for meThis is a decent hair dye but I want a more intense vibrant color . The colorist emailed me and told me she thinks I need to go to a salon for the color I want so this is a good company . Not UN-satisfied, but not completely satisfied, either...It was fun receiving my eSalon purchase in the mail: impressively put-together package! The personalization was awesome, and made me feel special! Getting to the directions--I had to read and re-read them several times. It just seemed as if some steps were not spelled out in a clarifying matter. But, once I started the process, it seemed to make more sense. Sectioning off my hair, tho, as described, would have been much easier if I'd had a second person to help. As for my specific color formulation -- it was a good, final color...it just didn't "pop" for me. Even my husband made the remark "It looks like what your natural hair color must look like." (We've only been married a year and a half.) And indeed, it looked just like my natural brown. Not only to cover my gray, but I also color my hair to add some oomph to my boring, old brown. My eyes are a light brown, but with a gold to them in the sunlight (per my husband.) So, I try to add some dark red highlights, but not coppery, orange. Hope I can send a picture with this.... Now, 3-4 weeks after my initial use of my personalized formula, I was somewhat disappointed in the short length of time the color stayed. I'm talking within 2 weeks, the gray was already back -- and it was such a sudden change, and enough of it, that I wondered if the color didn't simply coat the hair which abruptly "fell" off. Again, I did not have a NEGATIVE experience, but I was NOT SATISFIED ENOUGH to commit to being a life-long customer, either. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

First Time User - Very Happy but....Used the product today for first time. Very satisfied with the root coverage. Satisfied with the color itself.
