Turned my hair an unnatural orange, but partly my fault.Turned my hair orange. My mom literally said, "you look like bozo the clown." This is not my first time coloring my hair at home. Happy enough!!Hello!! As with before the shine in my hair is incredible with good enough grey coverage. I got my friend who is a hair dresser so i have better coverage of my greys than last time! Again the colour wasn't the auburn i thought i had requested it is red. A vibrant red. I am though happy with the overall product i just can't get the auburn/copper that i am looking for. made my hair dry and lifelessI loved the convenience of this concept. The packaging and price point is superior. I love the color! I hate washing this stuff outI have been doing my own roots using this color for about 5 months now. I love how the color looks. I love how easy it is to put on. I love that the literary everything I may need is enclosed in a cute package that’s shipped to my house monthly. There’s even stain protectant and stain remover. Seriously!!! Amazeballs!!! I love that when I needed to adjust the color I had a conversation with a stylist who adjusted it 1/2 and then another 1/2 shade until we reached a perfect personalized color. What I hate is the color consistency once it sits for 30 minutes. It becomes waxy, tacky, and so hard to take out that you literally have to massage it for 3-5 minutes to get it out! It takes at least 3 shampoos to do this... and takes out a bunch of my hair! I guess there’s a home remedy where you mix a tablespoon of baking soda into the shampoo and then rinse. But I just found out about it and haven’t given it a go yet... also I’ve been told that they’re changing the product to eliminate the waxiness. We’ll see 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Love,love, love, my colorMy first color was much to red. Decided to try 1 more time. Boy was I glad I did.. I spoke to colorist & she made adjustment . I am a senior citizen & not only have I received many compliments on my hair color but I love the texture & shine of my hair. I used to have to color every 3 weeks to hid the gray with drugstore products. 1 month later I still have no grays. E salon products r worth every penny. I am trying to talk my 2 daughters to buy it. Love shampoo & conditioner & can’t wait to try your other products. Like I said I am a senior on a fixed income so for now will stay with my color, maybe will save for the lightner. Great color...gone in one wash!I LOVE the color and tried a second round to see if it was just a fluke the first time that the brilliant color I loved...it was gone immediately after I washed. I contacted a specialist for the next one, and was assured it would be more durable/permanent, but alas, I loved my new color again, and said goodbye to it after the first hair wash.
