The color is exactly as pictured, and the product is very easy to work with. When I wanted to tweak the color a bit, they did what I asked and I got a fantastic result.

Absolutely LOVE this hair color and the personalization that was involved. On my first round, I thought it was a tad too dark so they tweeked the formulation and now its perfect. I've been using this now for more than 6 months and am so happy when it arrives. Too many times did I find myself in the drug store NOT finding the brand or color that I wanted. Now, I have it on hand when I'm ready for it. I would encourage anyone to give it a try!

Super easy to use, easy to follow directions, and FABULOUS results! My friends would swear it was done in a salon and are shocked I did this at home! I LOVE this product!

After the first application my haircolour was rich and shiny, as expected. It covered my grey roots very well, and I received many compliments.

I have very resistant gray. I've tried several drugstore colors and I never found one that would cover my gray and stay. This color does just that...it does not wash out! Love it!

I have used boxed color and done myself for years- esalon is nicer because they can adjust my color specifically to my needs, as well as how often I want it sent!! Very happy with Esalon
