Next best thing to a salon visit...I was skeptical at first, but I've been using eSalon for over a year and love it... I started out light and then decided to go pretty dark, only to change my mind and go light again. While my hairdresser would prefer to do my coloring, she gave my color a rave review. I like the very personalized service I receive. When I had a problem with one shade a colorist emailed me personally and then I even spoke to him by phone. He was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated that it mattered to him that the issue was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction... and it was.
