First kit I got I did not like the way my roots turned out. A very light red. So I contacted eSalon and they changed the Color for the second one. That was spot on!! The gray coverage on the roots was perfect! Love the shampoo and conditioner, felt like you came out of the salon.

This is the best hair color I have gotten! It was the perfect amount of red while still looking natural with the brunette tones. So happy with it!
