Great productI am so pleased with the result I got after coloring my hair. I had very blond highlights all over with my roots showing. I wanted to darken my hair to the most natural color (dark blond). I filled out my profile on the site and ordered my kit. They made me a custom color and a few days later it arrived at my door. I absolutely love the packaging, it’s so personal and there are easy to follow instructions. This was my first time coloring my hair at home, it was very easy. Love the dimension in my hair!Normal box dye always leaves my hair one complete 'tone' and always ends up black looking and dull. With the instructions that came in my kit and the personalozation with the volume color and developer, my hair has a beautiful dimension to it that you dont get with store bought box dye. Very pleased that my hair turned out a nice ash brown and not black haha. Love and appreciate that the kit comes with 2 sets of gloves, shampoo and conditioner, a brush a cleansing wipe and skin protectant.
