i have been coloring my hair with eSalon since 2019, BEFORE the pandemic; and i have tweaked my color every now and again. But my latest formula, which i have used the last several times, is FABULOUS!! Thank you, eSalon!!

The color I received was exactly what I was going for and is absolutely gorgeous! My first order arrived damaged but customer service was able to replace the item quickly which was great! Definitely going to be sticking with this color for a while and my hair feels so healthy and fresh after coloring. Amazing service and product!

Love the ability to change the color with just a phone call. I had changed my color but didn't like it. Made a call, had it changed and sent to me. Love the Customer Service.

So easy! I am 76 years old and just did my base color and highlights. The color is perfect. I don’t think I will be paying $250. for salon hair color anymore!
