Found the perfect color !I love eSalon. My first order, choosing from the color samples, wasn't at all what I was aiming for. I sent customer service an email with my concerns and they were wonderful. They set up a phone call with the colorist and I was able to explain what I was looking for. The second coloring was much better but still needed a few tweaks. Again they listened and adjusted and on the third try it was perfect ! Exactly what I was looking for. And the grey, or rather white, in my hair is covered and stays covered ! It's truly wonderful. It does not wash out like I have had in the past, even with salon dyed hair. Towards the time I need to re-dye my hair, it gets lighter but the white hairs do not come through. So when the color fades a bit it just looks more like highlights instead of grey/white. Exactly what I wanted!My hair (naturally brown with a few grays) always ends up brassy/red. I was skeptical that I’d ever find an at-home color that truly works. Turned out greatI was hesitant but it turned out great. I would have liked more strawberry towards the bottom but my husband says he sees it so it may have been the lighting. He also loves it too.
