Is this a new formula?I have been a customer for 9 years but lately my colour fades really quickly and does not cover greys as well as it once did. Is there a formula change? When the colour fades it leaves my hair really brassy too. I have little shine and my hair feels drier whereas before I always had well conditioned hair after a colour. Great service & productsI’ve been using eSalon for 7 years now, they are great. I’ve changed my color a few times and every time they nail it. I’m very descriptive with what I want my color to look like and they mix it perfectly. The instructions are very easy to follow and I have always had good outcomes. Disappointed in the declining quality and coverageI have been a eSalon customer since 2012, and I have to say I have not been impressed lately with this product. I feel that with the introduction of the "pro toner" the quality of what I have been using for years has gone down drastically. My color is no longer lasting, it is not covering as well (today it looks as though I used a rinse on my roots not a color to cover the grey and I even left it on 5 min longer than suggested!), and the product has been VERY inconsistent. Today when I mixed my dk blonde the product looked dark brown almost black in the bowl, last time it looked grey in the bowl. It used to be consistently a dark golden color. With the price going up the last two years I expect the quality to stay the same, not go down. Bien à appliquer , décevant dans le tempsLa coloration a été facile à appliquer , le résultat sympa , par contre on m'avait dit que la coloration s'estomperait après plusieurs shampoing ( une vingtaine il me semble ) , or , elle est toujours là et bien ternie après 2 mois et demi. J'avais même demandé conseil à un coloriste par email qui m'avait dit d oser( j'avais bien précisé que je me mariais 2 mois et demi plus tard et que je voulais avoir retrouvé ma couleur naturelle ) , or , non , même après plus de 30 shampoing , j'ai toujours une couleur ternie , et je vais devoir me teindre les cheveux ton sur ton pour retrouver mon ancienne teinte , donc je suis un peu déçue d'avoir pris conseil pour que ça ne soit finalement pas ce qui était dit. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

AllergicA second box arrived, surprisingly: I had just tried my trial box and erupted in a rash wherever solution met my skin. The personalization is nice, but I would prefer to spend less and buy color without my name on it at the drug store. They deliver, too. Overall goodI love all the accessories you always get, gloves, stain remover, etc. the color is good but for some reason my sideburn area never gets all the grays covered. I went from boxed store dye to esalon, and while esalon is great, boxed color covered my hairline/sideburn areas just fine. Color faded quickly.I have used Esalon on and off for years, and raved about it to friends and family. The last few orders, unfortunately left me unsatisfied. I actually skipped my last order to try some other brands. Good store bought color looked and lasted about the same amount of time as my esalon color.
