Great customer service & great products.I ordered what I thought was an ash blonde and after coloring there was almost no change to my hair color. The team worked with me to get another color out to me that was more of what I was looking for. Aside from the one order, I have been extremely happy with how my hair has turned out. This kit is FANTASTICUpdate: This is a high ammonia formula. That's why my hair was breaking off at the root end! I have been doing my root touch up at home for a few years now and this was the perfect color and a very generous amount. But, the color was PERFECT! The kit has absolutely everything you could need. I also ordered the bowl/brush and clips and they are fabulous! Could not have been better, I am a believer for sure. I was so skeptical but, this is fantastic. I buy everything separately, developer, tint ( I have to guess at the color) hate that. I have a lic. but it's still expensive to buy. If I were to purchase everything in this kit? Omgosh, this is so easy! And only 30 minutes and ALL MY GREYS WERE COVERED PERFECTLY! New formula is best yet!I love the new formula. The cream consistency makes it much easier to apply without dripping. And the color is wonderful. So shiny and it brings out the highlights instead of covering them for the first few days like the previous formulation. Plus it covers my increasingly numerous grays much better.
