Did not come ver my grayI have received 2 shipments. The first did not cover my gray so I thought maybe I didn’t follow the directions carefully so I gave it another shot. Wow, Nailed It!I have to say trying this at home on my own, I was a little anxious. I am so glad, so happy and so wowed!!! I'm definitely going to continue to use. I really appreciated the email updates received that included right from the purchase to delivery. When my kit came and I excitedly opened it, the personalizaled note to me was a nice touch and it came with everything needed. Prior to purchasing, I submitted a pic of my hair so the Colour Mastery could best match what I had wanted to achieve and had been assigned to "Sarah". You nailed it gal! I love love love the colour :) Definitely love the product, great instruction included and going to continue using eSalon in future. WOMEN BEWARE!!! SEVERE HAIR LOSS!I have very long, naturally red hair. I've used this product two times to cover my grays. After the 1st application I noticed heavier than usual hair shedding. After the 2nd application on April 2nd I immediately had severe hair loss. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still losing hair at a catastrophic rate. I was literally crying in my bathroom this morning as I very cautiously brushed my hair and watched in horror as hundreds of strand of hair fell into the sink. I will definitely NOT be reordering, and I will warn every woman I can reach to avoid this company and their products. Sadly, the reviews I originally read were great. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
