Did not come ver my grayI have received 2 shipments. The first did not cover my gray so I thought maybe I didn’t follow the directions carefully so I gave it another shot. Wow, Nailed It!I have to say trying this at home on my own, I was a little anxious. I am so glad, so happy and so wowed!!! I'm definitely going to continue to use. I really appreciated the email updates received that included right from the purchase to delivery. When my kit came and I excitedly opened it, the personalizaled note to me was a nice touch and it came with everything needed. Prior to purchasing, I submitted a pic of my hair so the Colour Mastery could best match what I had wanted to achieve and had been assigned to "Sarah". You nailed it gal! I love love love the colour :) Definitely love the product, great instruction included and going to continue using eSalon in future.
