Das war leider nichtsIch wollte aus meinem Kupferrot ein Braun machen, bekam Mittelbraun mit Neutralisator zugeschickt... nach der Anwendung war ich super enttäuscht: das Rot scheint an vielen Stellen noch raus, der Rest der Farbe ist ein scheckiges Dunkelbraun-fast - Schwarz Gemisch der billigsten Sorte. Best hair color ever!I started going gray in my early 40’s and until eSalon I could not find a coloring product that would match my original hair color. Then I discovered eSalon! I get lots of compliments on my hair and when I do I immediately start going on about eSalon. They must think I have stock in the company! It is now April 2022 and I still love eSalon. Wrong colourI chose the medium brown shade expecting the colour to match my roots pretty well and cover up the blonde ends. Unfortunately when I coloured my hair it came out almost black. It’s very very dark brown and I am definitely disappointed. I know it will fade over time, but it’s definitely not the colour I chose. Love it!I've been using eSalon for more than 10 years and have had excellent results for the most part. I would hope you keep your price point low as the recent increases will not be able to be sustained even if it is a great product. You could improve your loyalty program by adding free eSalon birthday color for those of us who have stuck by you year after year.
