Fantastic Colour EverytimeThe bespoke colour choice is ideal for those that don’t want a supermarket shelf ‘block colour’. Awesome color match, but still have the greysThe matching of my color ( which wasn’t easy, I have at least 3 color tones to my hair) was absolutely on point! Unfortunately, it didn’t cover all of my grey hair. I even made a point to over saturate the greys that frame my face, but they are still very visible. Went from good 2016 to terrible 2022Color match is not good. One month it is red, next when I state I DO NOT want red they make it black. Terrible colorists! DisappointedI have been using esalon hair color for quite awhile now. Usually I love the results but yesterday when I did my hair, it covered my new growth fine but didn't cover my grays well at all. I did it the same as I always do according to the directions but for some reason in natural light especially I have alot of grays.
