Just perfect!The result is perfect! The steps were clear for application and I really appreciated the communication from the stylist. YuckWhen I stared with the company we worked on the color. It didn’t take long before we got the color I wanted and the softness and shine It was even better than I thought it would be. After several years passed something changed. My package was the same but not the results. Were different. Now my hair is dry and unmanageable. But my color stays the same. That’s the only reason I stay with the company. Ido not recommend this company to any one. Again my hair is so dry dry I could only keep it in a bun. Sad 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Finally a perfect match.It took a few times chatting with my colorist but she heard me and totally understood. She got me back to my original red. Looks exactly like my red I was born with. I could never dye my hairI was very excited with your proposal for salon results at home, I sent reference photos where you could clearly see that I wanted copper (orange) hair, my colorist sent a brown color, I was disappointed but they offered to send me another color, it never arrived and in the package only the entry of the product appears on August 19, I bought the kit from the first days of August, a month has passed and my hair is still the same color, I already canceled my subscription, it was very easy, but it was still loss of money. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great helpSo I messed up my color and Alexandria took the time to Listen to me regarding my color mess up and explain to me how to fix it, She even laughed with me when I told her my hair was now orange on top and the comments I was getting regarding. You'd look like carrot top and a few others like Ronald Mcdonald. She sent me my color repair kit 😍 And my hair is perfect. I love the color. Lovely colourAt 52 finally giving in to having my hair dyed. Being severely disabled I get Salon quality in the comfort of my own home. My daughter has become a colourist specialst now! I was hesitant about the colour but I made a great choice. I've had so many comments on the bronze tones which completely covers the salt n pepper.
