Wrong colorI have used E Salon for 5 yrs and never had any problems. The last 6 mos, I have been sent the wrong color formula. I have informed E Salon every time and they keep sending me the wrong color formula. It is labeled with the same color formula, but I am mahogany and the color formula has gone from dk brown to light yellow. Didn’t cover my graysI was disappointed when I colored my hair and still have gray hair right on my hair line which I saturated in color. I have black hair so it really shows and looks terrible. Great ColorI love my custom color! The tiny box of gloves is adorable. The thing I would change is the shampoo and conditioner. I would prefer no silicones, which are drying for my natural curls. So I will not buy these at esalon. It would be great to include a hair care line for people who prefer natural ingredients or have special needs like dandruff relief, or fragrance free.
