Color ChangesThe first order was a beautiful color and lasted about 8 weeks. The last 3 orders have been so inconsistent with my first order. I am very disappointed in the results. One order came in so dark, and the following order was so light (I'm glad we were too busy to do my hair color for a while, so I had both kits at home) my husband had to mix the two to get a color close to my first order. My latest kit is so light, I don't even want to use it. Inconsistency will lose me. I sent a message to customer service today, so we will see how they will correct the issue. ***Changed my rating on 5/14/2022 I changed my rating from a 2 star to a 5 star! I'm all about customer service and eSalon rates very high with me. As you can see from my comments above, I was not satisfied with the product, but eSalon jumped on my complaint and changed my color per my instructions. While I was waiting on my new shipment, we decided to use up the last kit. HOWEVER, my husband changed his method. (I'm not sure whether we missed anything in the instructions, but here is the change.) After my husband shook the color "vigorously" he let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then shook the product again. The color darkened up which was similar to our first shipment. He applied it and I just showed him and we are SOOOO happy with the results. Better than ExpectedThis is my first time using this, and I had never dyed my hair before, so I was a bit apprehensive, especially having coily (4c) hair, but I took the jump because I didn't want to use box dye. My hair is a level 4 from what my stylist told me, and I dyed it red copper (medium brown 5.64), and it came out as expected, maybe just a tad darker. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Love itI was going from grown out highlights to cool dark brown, so I was sent a tint rinse to “fill” my hair that was very red which scared me alittle lol but it turned out great! At first I was like oh my god it’s so dark!!! But I love it now. My head also did not get irritated at all. This is a million times better than box dye in my opinion. Custom hello!Love love love! It's like salon care, look, ease without the pricey struggles of finding the right salon, booking an appointment, and keeping appointment. I get my BF to help but also the esalon team gives you tips of the trade in how to get those hard to reach places by yourself! Love the packaging, the tools, and the formulated color.......spot on!
