Disappointed did not cover the grey roots and color was darker than expectedThis is my second order and very disappointed. It did not cover grey roots . What happened eSalon?You used to be so great and reliable, now your formula has changed, and won’t cover greys. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but now I have no choice but to find a new hair color supplier. Spring color absolutely perfect!I have had the same color & level since starting with esalon however saw the new spring strawberry & loved the hue. However i did not want it as light as i saw in photo. So I asked my colorist to take me up one level & add some strawberry hue as i look better with a bit of depth.
