Practical to use and every product chosen in my package worked beautifully!My custom color set was matched to my brunette natural roots but considered my already blonde highlights. Recommended was a weekly mask, which worked beautifully to smooth my dry, fine hair. The result was salon equivalent with no harsh chemicals. I am here to stay! Great product and customer service!I didn't like the color I first received, so my colorist reached out to me and we worked together to improve it. The next color I received was perfect! Even my hairdresser, who is also a color specialist, was super impressed with the product. Super FarbeDie Verpackung des Sets war mal wieder sehr schön und die Anleitung dieses Mal auch gut verständlich. Die Farbe ließ sich super aufragen und ist sehr ergiebig. Change in productI have been an e-salon customer since 2014 and I love my color. Unfortunately, I have to agree with other reviewers. The quality of the product seems to have gone down. The color is washing out too quickly. I used to have coverage for at least 2-3 months and now it is down to one month.
