Convenient!I enjoyed receiving my eSalon hair color packages in the mail bc it made my hair coloring easier and more convenient. I like the color made for me, but both times I used the hair dye within a few months of each coloring and followed the instructions step by step - I noticed that both times it did not cover my grays and my ends came out darker than the top of my head. So that’s kind of a bummer bc I feel like it was kind of a waste since the point was to cover up my grays and it didn’t. Love love my hair colour! My friends are amazed to hear that I do my own colour.Alway went to the hair salon. Since Covid and the help of eSalon. Great color, love the presentationbut happy they will be more environmentally correct soon...there's far too much plastic and no one needs 2 pair of gloves. (also for me, the stain protector and remover are unnecessary...) hair is super dry after coloring, but that could be my hair. Same as most recent commentsWhat is going on with your products lately? There is a very distinct deterioration, and at a rapid speed! The last couple years the color has been sub-par and does not cover the grays and is very, very inconsistent, Did you get a new chemist? A new mixer, or maybe a new source of the raw materials? Clearly something is definitely off. I have been a loyal customer since 2013 without ever using color from another source since. What gives? Dull lifeless color that washes out in a weekAfter over two years of being a customer I finally give up. The color is never what I ask for, there is barely any red pigment in it and it’s disappointing every month. After a week it has half washed out already.
