I completely broke out from the product. Scalp oozing, burning, sores,The product was difficult to use and time consuming . I did like color although it didn't look the same as photo. Very unhappy left me with a washed out pink colour in my hairWas excited to try this product used this evening and it’s left my hair looking a very washed out pink my hair was blonde and I wanted to add copper to it, as the blonde was high maintenance and it’s now pink! Never GoldenI've written a couple of times and still this has turned my really beautifully colored hair mahogany brown, not golden. I am so disappointed and now going to get this professionally fixed in a regular salon on Friday. Ma nouvelle colorationAprès échange avec le coloriste, j’ai trouvé ma couleur parfaite. Disparition des reflets orangés. Un châtain clair cendré comme j’aime!
