Ratio inconsistentSo I been witnessing inconsistencies on the ratio developer/ color for a while..no biggie I guess ... The last shipment was soo obvious that the color bottle was full and developer a 1/3 of the bottle. ( I have pics) Did u change the formula.. I like to know the exact amount Of developer and colors..so I can make sure I get the result expected.. Making me a bit nervous the inconsistencies.. I am expecting a RSVP.. Thank you! Great experience!Kit was easy to use and instructions were clear and detailed. I am very happy with how the color turned out and have gotten many compliments. My biggest concern was covering my outgrowth and not ending up with "hot roots". The kit included both the color for the outgrowth and a separate color for the rest of my hair. Horrible formulaFollowed directions to the letter. Hair turned out copper roots, pink ends, and patches of blond that didn’t get covered. I didn’t even want to leave the house, I was so embarrassed.
