What’s going on?I have been using this product for years and all of a sudden the color is inconsistent, does not cover well, and fades terribly. Never Again!!!I've never been so disappointed from a product then I have with Esalon. I give a 2 star rating because twice my hair came out okay looking at best. I've either had hot roots, or just splotches looking results. Or not the color I wanted?? This last batch really sealed the deal for me half my grays are still noticeable. I've been dying my own hair for many years and never have I had results like I've had with this line. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Even the shampoo and conditioner (always my favorite part) is like using cheap product. Always leaving my hair feeling and looking awful. And even the shipping takes 5 days sometimes longer to receive after the order is filled. I was so excited to try this product. PLEASE DO nOT SEND further productI emailed the company about this issue the day after I received your kit in May. I said, the color selected was not the right color and DO NOT SEND MORE PRODUCT UNLESS I SEND PICTURES> NOw there is another kit on the way and I still have not been able to send photos of my current hair color because my computer has been down. If I receive another kit before I can send the photos, I will return that too. Also, the post office will not return a package w/o a RMA. Please send an RMA so I can send back your product. Finally, the color that I wantedMy last shipment was PERFECT. It’s the exact color that I’ve been looking for. Loads of thanks to my colorist Crystella (you’re a wonderful angel). I love, love, love my color. I will be looking forward to all of my future purchases, more so than I did before because it’s finally the custom color that I’ve dreamed about. Color FadingI was super excited to try this product because I have had a positive experience with their at-home highlights kits! I have been washing my hair with salon-quality shampoo and conditioner made for colored hair, but my color is still viably washing out of my hair. My scalp and top sections have lightened significantly since using the permanent color on my hair. Something’s differentAfter reading other reviews, I agree. Something is different, my color is not holding. I also noticed that the coloring does not have its full strength and when I rinse my Greys are lightly colored. I’ve been a customer for years and something is definitely different. Does no long cover my gray hair.The past three colors I have had bad results with my color. It does not color my gray and some hair has color and some does not. I look like I had a bad box color done. I discussed this with a stylist one other time and I did what she advised it did not work. Over the years the formula has changed and what I used to love about my colors is all gone now.
