3 toned hairAfter my partner coloured my hair as written in the instructions, my hair ended up being 3 different colours. I found the texture of the cream nice and thick, and the colour in the bowl was beautiful, but unfortunately my hair wasn't happy and looked awful. Awesome Customer Service!I am so happy with the results of my eSalon colour! My last purchase of colour seemed “off,” from the previous orders. I applied the product and noticed that the colour didn’t take. I phoned customer service, and without any hassles, a new kit was promptly mailed out. The agent was kind and courteous. I applied the new delivery and the results are 100% gorgeous!
