Color FadingI was super excited to try this product because I have had a positive experience with their at-home highlights kits! I have been washing my hair with salon-quality shampoo and conditioner made for colored hair, but my color is still viably washing out of my hair. My scalp and top sections have lightened significantly since using the permanent color on my hair. Something’s differentAfter reading other reviews, I agree. Something is different, my color is not holding. I also noticed that the coloring does not have its full strength and when I rinse my Greys are lightly colored. I’ve been a customer for years and something is definitely different. Does no long cover my gray hair.The past three colors I have had bad results with my color. It does not color my gray and some hair has color and some does not. I look like I had a bad box color done. I discussed this with a stylist one other time and I did what she advised it did not work. Over the years the formula has changed and what I used to love about my colors is all gone now. Not sure if I actually want to use this nowI opened my box and I’m very skeptical to use this as there’s only 2 very small bottles. I have extremely long and pretty thick hair so I feel like this won’t be enough to fully cover / color my entire head of hair. I looked online and a lot of people who have shorter hair than mine ended up with not enough product and splotchy hair color. The color is awful!I am usually very satisfied with the colors I receive but the most recent one was supposed to be darker than the last and it is not. The color itself is too orange. So happy!!I got exactly the color I wanted, Mindy P.! Thank you so much! I've added the Camo Mist to this order because there is some gray around my face that was peeking out. I don't feel I need to change the schedule for the full set, as the rest of my hair is fine. DisappointedWas very excited to find this company. Placed my order used the product and I even let sit on a little extra because I was finishing a few things while I had dye in. About 30mins.
