Gorgeous depth of colorI have very little experience when it comes to coloring my hair, but with eSalon's easy to follow directions and the help from an experienced colorist, ugly mistakes were avoided. My color is just beautiful, and what I love the most is that some people see a subtle change, but they can't put their finger on it! CoverageI have been using your product for man years but I have noticed they the quality is not as good anymore, firstly there is not enough colour and also it does not last as long or cover completely. Not the color I wantedHair color only lasted one week. Spoke to a colorist who said I couldn't get the color red I want and have any gray coverage so switching back to Loreal or Clariol for Red or Mahogany with gray coverage lasting 3 weeks. Color is TOO DarkI do not understand what happened, but as you can see in the picture, the root only coverage you provided is way too dark.
