Horrible formulaFollowed directions to the letter. Hair turned out copper roots, pink ends, and patches of blond that didn’t get covered. I didn’t even want to leave the house, I was so embarrassed. Took out the brassy red, but did not lighten the brownI was happy that my color adjustment took out the brassy red in my hair, but the brown did not get any lighter. Has the formula changed?I have been using esalon for several years now and have loved it up until my last three orders, I normally color every 6 weeks but lately my color has been fading after just 2-3 weeks and, it is not coloring my grey near as well. I used to get full coverage but, not lately. I sent an email to the team in hopes of resolving this issue, If it does not improve then I will have to stop buying it and just go to my hairdresser for color. Dry hair, greys show, too red but they do helpNot a fan. Hair felt terrible after. Didn’t cover all greys. Color was way too reddish. This was a bad idea.
