Quality ReducedI have been eSalon customer for many years and I was happy with the product until recent months when I started to experience that the color was not sticking for even a week period, after the first wash the color started to go off the roots and within the next couple of washes the gray roots are obvious. KatastropheNachdem meine erste Intensivtönung super war, wollte ich die exakt selbe Farbe als feste Färbung übernehmen. Leider ist die Farbe eine Vollkatastrophe (orange statt braun) & hat nichts mit der gehabten Intensivtönung zu tun. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Worked very well!I always go to the Salon for color and any time I tried something from a box, it resulted in a trip to the Salon to correct it. I was hesitant to try this but I needed to touch up my roots/cover Grey and couldn’t get an appointment. Figured it was worth the risk, as it’s Demi permanent and washes out after 20ish shampoos. Great product and resultsThe quality of the product (hair color) as well as the gloves, instructions, etc. are the best. Any tweak I wanted to make to the color was taken care of immediately.
