Orange!I was excited to try this product after reading such great positive reviews. I went through the process and followed directions to a tee! My hair was not blonde, but a hue of orange! I let the team know and said they would adjust the color and I need to follow directions. Hmmmm, what I did. Anyway, I received an email that my order was about to ship, so I hopped on line and skipped to the next shipment. Received an email a few days later that they had sent my color and charged me! I don't want your products! They don't work Called customer service, she said I did not cancel shipment( what!) Hair colorIt didn't change the color of my hair and what it did change it looks aweful if I would have looked into it more I would never had ordered it. Not the sameHaving used esalon for the last 7 years and been very pleased with the results ...it seems the formula may have changed. Faded way too fast!Have you changed something? This last order I used started fading after just 2 weeks and now 1 month later I have brassy, faded red highlights that are not attractive! I never had this happened before with earlier applications, but it has happened with the last 2 hair color orders.
